HamSCI Meteor Scatter QSO Party

Join us for the first HamSCI MSQP Event of the year:  5-7 May, 2026,
held during the Eta Aquariids Shower

  • All interested operators:  Listen, make QSOs, collect and then upload WAV files of your decodes, contribute to meteor science as we strive to uncover the secrets of meteor scatter (MS) propagation

  • Join hundreds of operators on 6 and 10 meters, using the MSK144 digital mode, during the early morning hours, or anytime the shower radiant is above your horizon.

  • Meteor Scatter QSO Party Leader Board: Who is making MSQP QSOs, analyzing their results and uploading their data? (Leader Board coming in summer, 2026)

Are you new to meteor scatter?  Visit the How to Guide - for advice on monitoring and completing meteor scatter QSOs
